    May 18, 2022 - Dybinska Katarzyna

---------------- PKN ORLEN - Fuels concern PKN Orlen launched production of electricity from own natgas deposits Bajerze and Tuchola, whose resources are estimated at ca. 1.5 bcm high-nitrogen natural gas, according to CEO Daniel Obajtek comments at a press conference and accompanying press release. The natgas sourced from the deposits allows for generating 125k MWh of electricity annually, Orlen specified.

Orlen will source natgas from the deposits for 14 years and then relocate components of installations after the resources run out, Obajtek noted. Orlen is already running works to tap into another deposit in the neighborhood, Rosochatka, according to the release.

---------------- PRACUJ - Listed recruitment firm Grupa Pracuj will offer shareholders a dividend payment of PLN 136.5 mln, putting the payout ratio from 2021 earnings slightly above 51%, the company said in a market filing of management recommendation.

The management wants rights to the dividend to be established September 16, with payment to come September 30.
