    Turkmen enterprises exceed natural gas production plan

      BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 6. State-owned enterprises of Turkmenistan have exceeded the production plan for the extraction of natural and associated gas, as well as for the ? manufacturing of oil products for January 2023, Trend reports with reference to the Turkmen media.

      This was announced by the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Shakhym Abdrakhmanov at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held on February 3.

      According to him, during the reporting period, the plan for the extraction of natural and associated gas in Turkmenistan was fulfilled by 101.9 percent.

      Furthermore, he noted that in January 2023, the plan for the production of polypropylene was exceeded by 9.2 percent, and lubricating oils by 14.3 percent.

      Meanwhile, Turkmenistan ranks among the world's leading countries in terms of oil and gas reserves. The country pays great attention to the construction of oil and gas processing plants, as well as the export of energy resources to world markets.
