    EC Infosystems Unveils Agenda for User Conference, Confirms Speakers

      UNIONDALE, N.Y. – October 11, 2017 – EC Infosystems, a leader in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Billing/Customer Information Solutions (CIS) for companies in the deregulated energy industry, has revealed the agenda and speakers for the first client user conference being held at the Long Island Marriott on October 18 – 20, 2017.

The multi-day event will focus on moving forward as attendees will have ample opportunities to get up to speed on recent developments such as the real-time Business Intelligence Dashboard, robust Complex Billing Engine, and enhanced visibility into operational reporting along with participating in the 2018 product development roadmap.

Amar Pradhan, Global Strategy Leader, Energy & Utilities of IBM will open up Thursday’s session followed by Brian Hoogendam, CIO of Spark Energy, who will share unique insights regarding technology as a game-changer to effectively manage retail operations. Pradeep Tiwari, CIO of Crius Energy will close out Thursday’s session. In addition to keynotes, there will also be several sessions dedicated to the future of the energy industry, including a state of the market presentation by Kristie Deiuliis, COO of Jasmine Universe.
