EC Infosystems Announces 2018 User Conference to be held in San Antonio

    July 18, 2018 - EC Infosystems

UNIONDALE, N.Y. – July 19, 2018 – EC Infosystems, a leader in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Billing/Customer Information Solutions (CIS) for companies in the deregulated energy industry, will host its annual user conference for clients on September 12 – 14, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas.

Following on the successes of last year’s inaugural event, EC Infosystems’ second annual user conference will empower EDI and UtiliBill™ Billing/CIS users to engage in various topics such as system and market education, the evolution of energy deregulation, and efficiency and marketing strategies.  Attendees will also hear from industry experts as keynotes and panelists while participating in user groups to help shape the company’s roadmap for future development.

As part of the evolution theme, all attendees will have the opportunity to win this year’s grand-prize – a brand new Tesla Model 3.

“Fostering the sense of an EC Infosystems’ community was a key achievement of our past user conference,” explains EC Infosystems’ President and CEO, Mohan Wanchoo.  “We look forward to continuing the successes we’ve pioneered and delivering new and innovative topics to our clients during the upcoming event in San Antonio.”

Located minutes from the city’s Riverwalk, the second annual user conference will be held at the Marriott Plaza San Antonio at 555 S Alamo St.  Attendees will be welcomed on Wednesday, September 12th with an evening reception, followed by a full itinerary of speakers, training, and break-out sessions on Thursday, September 13th.  Thursday’s sessions will end with a relaxed networking event in a fun environment.  The conference will conclude on Friday, September 14th with a half-day session where EC Infosystems will also announce the winner of this year’s grand prize car, a Tesla Model 3.  Full agenda details will be released in the upcoming days.

“With over 100 EDI and UtiliBill™ clients in attendance for our first event at our corporate office in Uniondale, New York, we wanted to expand our second user conference’s focus to another buzzing energy hub like Texas,” says Ananda Goswami, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for EC Infosystems.  “In our rapidly evolving energy industry, we will continue to meet our customer’s needs to operate in all markets – both emerging and established.”

The annual user conference registration is complimentary and open only to EC Infosystems’ energy clients. Attendees are encouraged to take advantage of the discounted lodging options at the Marriott Plaza San Antonio early.
