12th Annual Electricity Flexibility, Ancillary Services and Balancing Forum Will Be taking place in Vienna, Austria

    December 2, 2019 - 12/1/2019

In 2019, we are at a critical point in the development of European electricity balancing services as intraday trading takes flight, the pressure to hit European regulatory targets begins to settle in and we see Brexit take place. All of this happens while pilot projects in accessing and monetising electricity flexibility go ahead all across Europe. What will happen in the future will be determined by the actions of today. As the markets develop further, there is an increasing drive to unlock greater flexibility from the markets whether it be through innovations in balancing services or through closer integration between TSOs and DSOs.

This marcus evans conference plays a crucial part in a strategy that involves keeping ahead and gaining the decision-making edge for system operators, power distribution companies and ancillary services in the energy industry. The “12th Annual Electricity Flexibility, Ancillary Services and Balancing Forum” will be held February 19-21, 2020, in Vienna, Austria.

Speakers from Terna, Enel, Commission for Energy Regulation, Framatome, ELEXON, OBB, Enexis to name a few, represent the leading innovators in their respective fields, with a thirst for knowledge and a willingness to share both their success and failures. Attend cutting-edge conference sessions, obtain access to unique expertise and take away new solutions to your day-to-day business challenges. Offering the comprehensive content of a dynamic program and the comfort of a luxurious venue, marcus evans conferences encourage industry thought leaders to learn from each others’ experiences and explore key solutions in the market.

The senior level nature of our delegates allows us to unlock the value of their collective experience through engaging delivery formats and a mix of both formal and informal networking. Our delegates are top decision makers. From TSOs we are expecting heads of: Energy Markets, Balancing Codes, Balancing, Operations and from DSOs Heads of: Business Development, Innovation, Demand Side Response, Ancillary Services, Operations, Storage, Power Generation. The delegates can take advantage of extensive networking opportunities built into the conference agenda, including luncheons and cocktail receptions, all conducted in a professional setting that allows for focused business interactions.
