EC Infosystems Announces New York City Office Expansion & New Location

    March 2, 2020 - March 02, 2020

UNIONDALE, N.Y. – March 02, 2020EC Infosystems, a leader in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Billing/Customer Information Solutions (CIS) for companies in the deregulated energy industry, has announced their New York City office move and expansion, now located at 112 W. 34th Street, Suite 17012, New York, NY 10120.

Conveniently located just five blocks north from the previous NoMad Manhattan office, the newest EC Infosystems satellite location is conveniently located in Herald Square, just four minutes from the Empire State Building and a short walk from Madison Square Garden, Times Square, and Penn Station, making it a convenient location for visitors to the New York City area.

“Our New York City office has been an excellent addition to our satellite offices, and this new location allows us to continue to grow our New York City team while maintaining a convenient and accessible location for our clients,” says EC Infosystems’ President and CEO, Mohan Wanchoo. “In order to continue providing the excellent level of service our customers have learned to expect from EC Infosystems, we knew it was time to upgrade to a larger and more modernized office facility.”

EC Infosystems’ new office is located in a secured state-of-the-art facility, featuring spacious workspaces and conference rooms along with advanced technology for displays and video conferencing. The expansive two-floor space, onsite amenities, and impressive New York City views make the office an ideal environment for creativity, innovation, and collaboration with EC Infosystems’ clients.

“Our New York City office has been pivotal in our success and growth,” says Ananda Goswami, EC Infosystems’ Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “We’re confident that expanding this office while maintaining the central and convenient location for our clients will open up new engagement opportunities with our new and existing customers.”

The company’s new office space will continue to house client services staff, technical support and development analysts, and migration specialists. The stylish New York City office has been EC Infosystems’ third office expansion in the last year; moving the Allentown, PA offices this past fall and opening the company’s Houston offices in early 2019. As EC Infosystems continues to expand their operations and celebrate ongoing success throughout the United States, the company simultaneously plans to continue expanding its portfolio in North America. From publicly-traded and established marketers to start-up retailers converting to the UtiliBill™ platform, the company’s new office will enable EC Infosystems to continue developing innovative tools and maintain superior customer service.
