    IDACORP Inc & Idaho Power Company announces change in leadership roles

      Electric utility company IDACORP Inc (NYSE:IDA) and Idaho Power Company said on Friday that Steven R. Keen has announced his plans to step down as its senior vice president (SVP) and chief financial officer (CFO) on 1 October 2022.

      Keen has been part of Idaho Power since 1982 as well as served as its CFO since May 2014.

      In conjunction with Keen's resignation, the companies' board appointed Brian R. Buckham as new CFO succeeding Keen with effect from 1 March 2022. Keen will stay on as a senior vice president until he retires later in the year.

      Previously in March 2017. Buckham was named senior vice president and general counsel for Idaho Power and IDACORP.

      Also, Pat Harrington will start office as the companies' vice president and general counsel on 1 March 2022, while maintaining his role as the corporate secretary, a position he has held since 2007.
