    SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS ASSOCIATION HAS EMPHASIZED THAT IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CEB WORKERS TO SUPPLY ELECTRICITY CONTINUOUSLY

      COLOMBO, Sri Lanka, Dec. 6 -- Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corp. issued the following news:

      Senior electrical engineers association says that an impartial investigation should be conducted speedily on the blackout of electricity supply. Many activities in the Electricity Board was decentralized to the ease of duties in the past period due to the covid pandemic. Media spokesman of the association Nandithitha Pathirage said that they can find out the mistake which has been occurred through an investigation. It will reveal the information on inactive of the Norochcholei power plant. All officials and electrical engineers who is taking their salaries by the tax of the people should be responsible in supply of electricity continuously to the people. The country has incurred large lost due to breakdown of electricity supply.
