    Russia: The modern engineering power plant ED-30 AI entered service with a separate engineering and sapper regiment of the combined arms army of the Eastern Military District

      The newest mobile engineering power plant ED-30 AI has been put into service with a separate engineering and sapper regiment of the combined arms army of the Eastern Military District, stationed in the Republic of Buryatia.

      The mobile engineering power plant ED30-AI is designed for mechanization of engineering work in the development of hard and frozen soils, rocks, ice, work on dismantling blockages when equipping traffic routes, power supply to various consumers, prompt delivery of special equipment to the place of occurrence of natural and man-made emergencies .

      ED30-AI is adapted for autonomous use and ensures the implementation of the above activities and works at any time of the day.
