ROSTOV-ON-DON. Jan 19 (Interfax) - Lukoil-Ecoenergo LLC, a Lukoil (MOEX: LKOH) entity in Rostov-on-Don, has conducted tenders for development of a feasibility study and a capacity delivery scheme for the Artesianskaya wind farm construction project in the Chernozemsky District of Kalmykia.
According to materials on the state procurement website, the feasibility study will be developed for the company by Activity LLC, the only company that submitted a bid. The bid price was 8.254 million rubles. Work must be completed by 2023.
The capacity delivery scheme will be developed by JSC Energosetproekt Institute (Moscow). The bid price was 2 million rubles, and the work is scheduled for completion by May 2022.
According to the technical documentation, the expected date of commissioning of the wind farm is Q4 2024. The company is considering two capacity options - 50 MW and 100 MW. Electricity should be generated by wind turbines with a capacity of 2.5 MW each.
Furthermore, Lukoil-Ecoenergo previously held two more tenders - for the development of a feasibility study and for a conceptual design of floating craft for construction of a wind power plant in the Rostov Region. The feasibility study will be prepared by Euro Engineering LLC (Moscow), which requested 1.9 million rubles. The work was due for completion by October 2021, and no more recent information is available.
The tender for the conceptual design of two catamarans, which will aid in assemble of the wind farm, was won by IIB-SPB LLC (St. Petersburg). The bid price was 11.9 million rubles. The project is due to be completed by the end of May 2022.
It was reported earlier that LUKOIL (MOEX: LKOH) planned to make a final decision on the wind farm project near the Tsimlyanskaya HPP in 2021.
