    SGS CSTC Standards Technical Services Applies for Patent on Wind Power Generation Blade Test Device

      Beijing, Jan. 24 -- SGS CSTC Standards Technical Services has applied for Chinese patent for wind power generation blade test device. Yang Lin developed it.

      The patent application number is CN202011520830 20201221. The patent publication number is CN112557017 (A). International Patent Classification codes are G01M13/00 and G01M7/02. Cooperative Patent Classification codes are G01M13/00 (CN), G01M7/02 (CN) and G01M7/022 (CN).

      The abstract of the patent published by the State Intellectual Property Office of China states: "The invention discloses a wind power generation blade test device, which comprises a support which is used for fixing the blade root part of a blade; a clamp which is used for clamping the blade section, and the bottom of which is provided with a base; an excited vibration loading mechanism, which comprises a first motor, a double-shaft speed reducer, a transmission shaft, a mounting plate I, an electric cylinder, a mounting plate II, and a pair gravity blocks, wherein each gravity block comprises a magnet column and a gravity sleeve arranged outside the magnet column in a sleeving mode, a plurality of through holes being formed in each gravity sleeve in the axial direction of the gravity sleeve, and a plurality of gravity cylinders and a plurality of pairs of locking nuts; and an excitation auxiliary mechanism which comprises a pair of second motors arranged on the surface of the outer side of the clamp, hollow circular ring center trays arranged on the second motors and round balls arranged in the trays, wherein the trays are made of non-magnetic materials, and the round balls are electromagnets, wherein when the moving end of the electric cylinder extends to the limit, the gravity sleeves are not in contact with the trays. The device has the beneficial effect of improving the fatigue test strength and accuracy."
