Natural Forces Seek Environmental Approval For Wind Farm In Nova Scotia, Canada

News: Nova Scotia's Department of Environment is reviewing Natural Forces' environmental report for the construction of a wind farm project in the Canadian province. Called the Benjamins Mill project, the proposed wind farm will have an installed capacity between 50MW and 150MW. The wind facility is expected to feature around 28 turbines of 6.2MW capacity each, in the West Hants regional municipality. A decision over the assessment is due to be concluded on or before March 9 2022. Construction is likely to start in Q422, with operations due to begin in 2024 (Renewables Now).
