January 25 (Renewables Now) - The share of wind in total power generation in the UK was 8.66% on January 24 as turbines installed across the country produced just 71,790 MWh.
The total electricity generation for the day stood at 828,891 MWh, data by Elexon, the Balancing and Settlement Code Company (BSCCo) show.
