Ukrainian nuclear power plants (NPPs) generated 295.35 million kilowatt-hours of electricity over the past day, January 24, 2022, an Ukrinform correspondent reports, referring to Energoatom National Nuclear Energy Generating Company of Ukraine.
As of January 25, 2022, 14 out of 15 power units were running at Ukrainian nuclear power plants.
It is the 66th day of the medium scheduled maintenance at power unit 4 of Rivne NPP.
At 04:22 a.m., January 25, 2022, power unit 1 of Khmelnytskyi NPP was disconnected from the energy system due to the tripping of the electrical protection of the generator transformer.
The dispatch generation schedule is as follows: 5,810 megawatts for Zaporizhzhia NPP, 1,765 megawatts for Rivne NPP, 3,045 megawatts for South Ukraine NPP, 655 megawatts for Khmelnytskyi NPP.
Radiation, fire safety and environmental conditions at the industrial sites of nuclear power plants are remaining within normal limits.
