Scottish Power And Storegga Partner For Green Hydrogen Facilities In Scotland

News: Scottish Power and Storegga have forged a partnership to develop-build-and-operate a series of green hydrogen production facilities in Scotland. Called Cromarty Hydrogen project, the first facility will come up north of Inverness at Cromarty Firth. The facility is expected to provide 20 tonnes of green hydrogen per day, with operations slated to start in 2024. Subject to demand, the facility could also be expanded to 300MW, according to a press release from Scottish Power.
