Deep Wind Offshore Unveils New Offshore Wind Projects In Sweden

News: Deep Wind Offshore has started consultation works for a 6GW floating offshore wind project in the Baltic Sea, off the coast of Sweden. Called the Erik Segersall project, the offshore wind facility will feature 240-units of 25MW or 300-units of 20MW turbines and is expected to produce between 20TWh and 26TWh of electricity per annum. The deadline for consultation is May 16 2022. Deep Wind also intends to build the 1.75GW Olof Skotkonung fixed-bottom wind project in the Gulf of Bothnia (reNews).
