EWZ to Acquire Remaining 30% Stake in Ten Onshore Wind Farm Projects in France, from Ostwind

ewz Deutschland GmbH, a renewable energy company and a subsidiary of Elektrizitatswerke Zurich, has agreed to acquire remaining 30% stake in ten onshore wind farm projects located in France, from Ostwind International SAS (Ostwind), a renewable energy solutions provider. The combined installed capacity of the projects is 173 MW

The construction of the first three wind farms could be started. The first Camblain wind farm will start regular operations in early April 2022. The ten wind farms will produce around 450 GWh of electricity
