    Wind’s share in France’s power generation reaches 10.78% on May 11

      May 12 (Renewables Now) - Wind farms in France generated 121,470 MWh on May 11, reaching a share of 10.78% in total power for the day.

      In all, France's power plants produced 1,127,285 MWh that day, based on live data by transmission system operator (TSO) RTE.

      Solar power accounted for 7.64% of the total output, with 86,095 MWh produced.

      The table below provides details on the generation by the different energy sources and their share in the country's mix.
