The place to perform the tasks will be the Río Grande Hydroelectric Power Plant, located in the Calamuchita Valley, with working hours from 8 am to 3 pm and full-time availability. Thecorresponding deadline for the registration of the interested parties, as well as the date for the presentation of the physical documentation (paper support) and the date corresponding to the technical sufficiency test will be fixed and communicated in due time. IN VIEW OF File Nº 0021-089443/2022 related to the Public and Open Call for Bids approved by Resolution Nº 0052/2022, and WHEREAS:
WHEREAS, as it appears from the records in the file, by means of said administrative act, attached in copy at folios 12 and vta, WHEREAS, the selection procedure was duly initiated, among other positions, for three positions of Chief Technical Officer, Category "12", with functional designation "GG05 Electronic Officer", depending on the Instrumentation and Control Office, Electromechanical Maintenance and Automatism Division, Río Grande Hydroelectric Complex, Generation Department, Operation and Maintenance Sub-Management (Generation Management);
WHEREAS, within this framework, after the conclusion of the stages that made up the pertinent selection procedure, the corresponding Provisional and Definitive Orders of Merit were formed with only two applicants in conditions to integrate the same, and consequently the aforementioned call for Public and Open Competition to fill the remaining position was declared unsuccessful (Resolution No. 0375/2022 - copy at fs. 13/14);
WHEREAS, as a consequence of the foregoing, the Operation and Maintenance Deputy Manager's Office refers in its intervention on page 3 that there is still a need to cover the position in question, requesting the Human Resources and Organizational Development Management to approve a new call for such purpose, for which purpose it incorporates from pages 4 to 9 the Description of the Position, as per Resolution No. 0375/2022. 4 to 9 the Description of the Position, the requirements to be observed by the applicants, and the Evaluation Agenda, among other relevant information, all of which merits the favorable opinion of General Management at folios 11;
WHEREAS, in relation to this and with a view to the continuous improvement of the processes, it was decided to incorporate to EPEC's "Regulations for Public and Open Competitive Examinations", approved by Resolution No. 84.720, of a series of modifications related to the selection procedure set forth therein, aimed at simplifying certain aspects of the same in order to make it more efficient, as well as to provide for the possibility of adapting it to the particular requirements of each position to be tendered, all of which was approved by Resolution No. 0362/2022 dated May 4, 2022;
Therefore, pursuant to the powers and faculties contained in Articles 5 and 17 of EPEC's Organic Statute (approved by Law No. 9.087 and its amendments);
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE PROVINCIAL ENERGY COMPANY OF CÓRDOBA IN ITS MEETING OF THE DAY OF THE DATE
ART. 1º - To call for a Public and Open Competition to fill one (1) vacant position of Chief Technical Officer, Category "12", with functional denomination "GG05 Electronic Officer", depending on the Instrumentation and Control Office, Electromechanical Maintenance and Automatism Division, Río Grande Hydroelectric Complex, Generation Department, Operation and Maintenance Sub-Management (Generation Management), according to the conditions defined for that position, which are composed of three (3) pages, are an integral part of this Resolution as Sole Annex, in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the "Regulations for Public and Open Competitive Examinations" approved by Resolution No. 84.720 and its amendment, No. 0362/2022.
ART. 2º- To establish that the Court of the Contest that will act in the Public Contest whose call is provided for in the preceding Article, shall be the one duly formed for such position by Resolution No. 0052/2022.
ART. 3º- The Human Resources and Organizational Development Management shall adopt the measures to ensure the publication of the provisions of Articles 1 and 2 of this Resolution.
ART. 4º- To instruct the Human Resources and Organizational Development Management to set and communicate the corresponding deadline for the registration of the interested parties, as well as the date for the presentation of the physical documentation (paper support) and the one corresponding to the Technical Sufficiency Test, according to the provisions of the Regulation referred to in Article 1 of this administrative act.
ART. 5º- Communicate, give a copy to the Ministry of Public Services and to the corresponding departments, pass the file to the Human Resources and Organizational Development Management for its effects, and file the original of this document in the Office Area.
