May 16 (Renewables Now) - Wind turbines supplied 92,462 MWh of electricity to France's grid on May 15, reaching a share of 9.73%.
Total power generation for the 24 hours arrived at 950,765 MWh, according to live data by transmission system operator (TSO) RTE.
The country's solar power output for the day reached 76,482 MWh for an 8.04% share of total power generation.

On May 14, France's wind parks produced 36,422 MWh of electricity, thus accounting for 3.77% of the total power output in the country for the day. The prior day, wind turbines produced 3.96% or 42,783 MWh.
