Wind farms generate 4.49% of France’s electricity on May 17

May 18 (Renewables Now) - Wind farms in France produced 49,689 MWh on May 17, reaching a share of 4.49% in total power for the day.

In all, France's power plants produced 1,105,520 MWh that day, based on live data by transmission system operator (TSO) RTE.

Solar power accounted for 7.85% of the total output, with 86,764 MWh produced.
