      Charleston: West Virginia Public Service Commission has issued the following docket:

      Via E-file: Ms. Karen Buckley Executive Secretary Public Service Commission of West Virginia Post Office Box 812 Charleston, West Virginia 25323 June 1,2022 Re: CASE NO. 08-2072-E-GI [CLOSED} General Investigation into Smart Grid Standards Set Forth in the Energy Independence Act of 2007 Dear Ms. Buckley: The City of New Martinsville submits this "Annual informational Filing" pursuant to the Joint Stipulation and Agreement approved by Commission Order entered December 18, 2009, in the above-referenced proceeding. In continuing with the automatic meter reading system (AMR) referenced in the previous year's filing, New Martinsvilie Electric Department has added two (2) residential AMR metered customers and three (3) commercial AMR metered customers during this annual reporting period.
