    Wind parks generate 8.11% of France’s electricity on Jun 9

      June 10 (Renewables Now) - Wind farms in France generated 89,165 MWh on June 9, reaching a share of 8.11% in total power for the day.

      In all, France's power plants produced 1,099,152 MWh that day, based on live data by transmission system operator (TSO) RTE.

      The share of solar power was 6.73%, with 73,968 MWh produced.

      The table below contains details on the generation by the different energy sources and their share in the country's mix.
