First set of wind turbine blades of China First Heavy Industries Group successfully accepted and delivered

    June 17, 2022 - China Business News

June 16 -- China First Heavy Industries (CFHI) issued the following news release:

On June 15, the delivery ceremony of the first set of wind power blades of YC Longshen (Qiqihar) Composite Materials Co., Ltd. was held in Qiqihar Wind Power Blade Manufacturing Park. Liu Mingzhong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group Company, Lu Wenjun, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, and Wang Yong, Vice President of Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group attended the acceptance ceremony.

This product is a 4.8 MW wind turbine blade manufactured by Yizhong Longshen Company for the Fularji 100,000-kilowatt wind power project, with a total of 20 sets of 60 blades. Since the first blade was successfully rolled off the assembly line on May 20, all employees of YC-Longshen Company have overcome many difficulties such as insufficient human resources, incomplete supporting facilities and untimely related tooling and matching, and shortened the molding time of a single blade from 72 hours to 48 hours . The successful delivery of the first set of wind turbine blades indicates that YC-Longshen has the ability to manufacture as a whole from blade forming to post-processing. In the next stage, YC-Longshen will continue to rationally optimize the molding process and shorten the production cycle, and strive to shorten the molding time of each blade to less than 40 hours by the end of June, and complete the production tasks of all 20 sets of blades by the end of July to ensure that the products are on schedule. delivery.

Relevant leaders of Longjiang Heavy Industry and First Heavy Power New Energy Company attended the acceptance ceremony.
