June 20 (Renewables Now) - Wind turbines supplied 155,268 MWh of electricity to France's grid on June 19, reaching a share of 16.01%.
Overall electricity generation for the day stood at 970,018 MWh, live data by transmission system operator (TSO) RTE shows.
Solar power plants generated 79,866 MWh, which is equal to an 8.23% share.

On June 17, the wind farms in France produced 42,304 MWh, reaching a share of 4.03% in total power. A day later, they supplied 67,747 MWh of electricity to France's grid for a share of 6.91%.
