NB Breaks Ground For 200MW Hydroelectric Power Plant In Malaysia

News: TNB Power Generation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), has broken ground on the proposed 300MW Nenggiri hydroelectric power plant in the Malaysian state of Kelantan. The MYR5bn (USD1.1bn) project would feature a 53.84sq km reservoir and a 970,000sq m flow-regulator pool. The hydroelectric power plant is scheduled to complete in 2026 (The Malaysian Reserve).
