Recently, it was learned that the State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Company issued an announcement on the winning results of the third service public bidding and procurement of Shanghai City Grid in 2022 and the fourth service bidding and procurement of State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Company in 2022. Energy China East China Institute successfully won the bid for Shanghai 220 kV Maojia (Comprehensive) Power Transmission and Transformation Project (Line Project) and Shanghai Linhai 500 kV Power Transmission and Transformation Project.
The Shanghai 220kV Maojia Power Transmission and Transformation Project is scheduled to open on April 8. Due to the impact of the epidemic, the owner extended the bid three times in a row. During this period, colleagues from the power grid of the East China Institute fought the epidemic while working from home. They continued to update, revise and improve the bidding documents according to the owner's requirements, and finally won the bid successfully.
The Shanghai Linhai 500 kV power transmission and transformation project was issued on April 15 and closed on May 24 after the extension. When the bid was issued, the city had strictly implemented isolation measures. In order not to delay the bidding work, many grid colleagues moved into the office building of the East China Institute with their luggage and persisted until the closure was lifted.
The two projects have comprehensively considered economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits, and embodied the "resource-saving and environment-friendly" spirit required by the state in project planning and design. After completion, they will become an important part of my country's power grid system.
