TVS TO BET ON EVs, COMING UP WITH 5-25-KW PRODUCTS

TVS Motor Company Limited said it was focusing on electric vehicles (EVs) and would launch multiple EVs in the two- and three-wheeler segments in the 5-25-kilowatt (kw) range. The company has also announced its plan to soon implement digital applications for services and booking digital appointments. Addressing the company's annual general meeting (AGM), the company's managing director, Sudarshan Venu, said that the company will soon come up with digital applications for service and also for booking digital appointments. He further added that, the company has already signed a strategic partnership with Tata Power Company Limited to build EV charging infrastructure across India. The company has similar partnership with Convergence Energy Services Limited (CESL).
