    Wind accounts for 4.51% of France’s power output on Jun 28

      June 29 (Renewables Now) - The share of wind power in total power generation in France reached 4.51% on June 28 as wind turbines produced 45,395 MWh.

      In all, France's power plants produced 1,006,653 MWh that day, based on live data by transmission system operator (TSO) RTE.

      The country's solar power output for the day stood at 84,864 MWh for an 8.43% share of total power generation.
