OYA Solar, a Canada-based solar developer and independent power producer, has added Sebastien Huberti to its executive leadership team.
In the new role, Huberti will lead the company's Project Finance team to implement its growing two GW active pipeline.
Huberti has more than two decades of Power & Renewables Infrastructure finance experience, including finance transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and structured financing. He has held executive positions at leading investment and development firms, including Mainstream Renewable Power, GE Capital, and Deutsche Bank, and has played key roles in various transactions including GE's 25 percent acquisition in YPF Luz, and Mainstream's USD1.4Bn financings across its Andes Renovables platform.
