Neoen Signs PPA To Secure Portion Of 412MW Wind Project In South Australia

News: Flow Power has signed a ten-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with France-based Neoen to secure output from 40MW portion of a 412MW wind farm as part of the USD3bn Goyder Renewables Zone complex in the state of South Australia. The wind power plant will feature 75-units of GE Renewable Energy's 5.5-158 Cypress platform turbines. Construction on the first stage of Goyder South started in January 2022, with completion expected in 2024. The overall complex will include 1.2GW of wind, 600MW solar and 900MW/1.8GWh of energy storage capacity, according to a press release from Neoen.
