    Xian CRRC Yongdian Jieli Wind Energy Applies for Patent on Assembly Equipment and Method for Bearing Unit of Permanent Magnet Type Semi-Direct-Drive Wind Turbine Generator

      Beijing, Aug. 9 -- Xian CRRC Yongdian Jieli Wind Energy has applied for Chinese patent for assembly equipment and method for bearing unit of permanent magnet type semi-direct-drive wind turbine generator. Wang Qingqing, Hou Nan, You Baipeng, Li Xiaoli, Gao Biao and Ren Yajing developed it.

      The patent application number is CN202110346949 20210331. The patent publication number is CN113119005 (A). International Patent Classification codes are B25B11/02 and B25B27/14. Cooperative Patent Classification codes are B25B11/02 (CN) and B25B27/14 (CN).

      The abstract of the patent published by the State Intellectual Property Office of China states: "The invention relates to assembly equipment and method for a bearing unit of a permanent magnet type semi-direct-drive wind turbine generator. The assembly equipment comprises a positioning tray, wherein the positioning tray is fixed to a base through a plurality of supports, the positioning tray and the base are arranged in parallel, and a positioning shaft used for fixing a hollow shaft is arranged at the top end of the positioning tray; and a first electric cylinder moving vertically is arranged in the center of the base, and the top end of the first electric cylinder is connected to a positioning device. According to the device, the coaxial precision during sleeving of the hollow shaft and a bearing sleeve is effectively improved, the radial and axial assembly requirements of the hollow shaft and the bearing sleeve are met, the assembly quality and the assembly efficiency are improved, meanwhile, the labor intensity of operators is reduced, and safety risks are avoided."
