    Xian CRRC Yongdian Jieli Wind Energy Applies for Patent on Highly Integrated Compact Junction Box

      Beijing, Aug. 15 -- Xian CRRC Yongdian Jieli Wind Energy has applied for Chinese patent for highly integrated compact junction box. Chen Jichun, Wei Junjuan, Mi Xingshe and Yu Wenbin developed it.

      The patent application number is CN202110337959 20210330. The patent publication number is CN113131661 (A). International Patent Classification codes are H02K11/20, H02K11/40 and H02K5/22. Cooperative Patent Classification codes are H02K11/20 (CN), H02K11/40 (CN) and H02K5/225 (CN).

      The abstract of the patent published by the State Intellectual Property Office of China states: "The invention belongs to a wind driven generator, and relates to a highly-integrated compact junction box. The junction box comprises a box body, an air duct partition plate and a wiring copper bar group; an opening is formed at the top of the box body, and the box body is fixed on a stator; one end of the air duct partition plate is inserted into the inner side of the box body and is fixed with the box body; the air duct partition plate is in an integrally-formed funnel shape and is hollow, and an inclined face is arranged on the inner side of the air duct partition plate and used for guiding air; cable lead-out holes are formed in the two sides of the air duct partition plate; the wiring copper bar group is arranged at the bottom of the box body and is fixed with the bottom of the box body through a supporting plate; and the outer side of the box body is provided with a user wire inlet. According to the highly integrated compact junction box of the invention adopted, three-phase connecting copper bars are designed to be in a step shape, are symmetrically distributed in the junction box in a left-right direction and are fixed on the bottom plate of the junction box through a step-shaped insulating plate, so that the mounting space is saved to the maximum extent; the structure of the highly integrated compact junction box is compact; and the connection of a motor three-phase outgoing cable and a user incoming cable is greatly facilitated."
