    Wind accounts for 9.38% of France’s power output on Aug 14

      August 15 (Renewables Now) - Wind turbines generated 9.38%, or 78,369 MWh, of all electricity in France on August 14.

      Total power generation for the 24 hours arrived at 835,292 MWh, according to live data by transmission system operator (TSO) RTE.

      Solar power accounted for 6.12% of the total output, with 51,115 MWh produced.

      On August 12, France's wind parks generated 74,304 MWh of electricity, thus accounting for 8.08% of the total power output in the country for the day. On August 13, they produced 66,856 MWh for a 7.69% share.
