    Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group Submits Patent Application for Blade and Wind Wheel of Wind Driven Generator

      Beijing, Aug. 16 -- Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group has submitted a patent application for blade and wind wheel of wind driven generator. Gui Jiayin, Wang Guojun and Fang Mingming developed the invention.

      The patent application number is CN202110483417 20210430. The patent publication number is CN113137345 (A). International Patent Classification code is F03D80/00. Cooperative Patent Classification codes are F03D80/00 (CN), F05B2240/30 (CN), F05B2240/301 (CN) and Y02E10/72 (EP).

      State Intellectual Property Office of China has released the abstract. According to the abstract, "The invention provides a blade and a wind wheel of a wind driven generator. The blade comprises a blade body, a connecting part and a positioning part. The blade body comprises a root part, and the root part comprises a cavity, a surrounding wall and an end face located at the end of the surrounding wall. The surrounding wall is provided with a mounting hole, the end face is provided with a main body connecting hole, and the main body connecting hole is communicated with the mounting hole. The connecting part is installed in the mounting hole and provided with a connecting part hole. The positioning part is connected with the surrounding wall and the connecting part, so that the connecting part hole and the main body connecting hole are kept coaxial. The wind wheel comprises the blade, a hub and a fixing part. One end of the fixing part penetrates into the main body connecting hole and the connecting part hole and is connected with the connecting part, and the other end of the fixing part is connected with the hub, so that the blade and the hub are relatively fixed. Through the arrangement, the connecting part is positioned by the positioning part, so that the connecting part is prevented from axially sliding in the mounting hole, a large positioning tool and a process bolt are not needed, and the positioning efficiency is improved."
