    Wind accounts for 13.76% of France’s power output on Sep 8

      September 9 (Renewables Now) - France's wind parks generated 132,812 MWh of electricity on September 8, thus accounting for 13.76% of the total power output in the country for the day.

      Power plants in France produced 965,339 MWh for the whole day, based on live data by transmission system operator (TSO) RTE.

      The share of solar power was 5.76%, with 55,608 MWh produced.

      The table below contains details on the generation by the different energy sources and their share in the country's mix.
