    StockWatch: PKN Orlen fuels on offshore wind project; Atal real estate on margin and sales

      --------------- PKN ORLEN - Baltic Power, an offshore JV of Polish fuel group PKN Orlen and Canada's Northland Power, has signed reservation deals for maritime power stations and wind farm foundations, and plans to sign all the key reservation deals for the investment by the end of the year, PKN Orlen said in a press statement.

      --------------- ATAL - Real estate developer Atal expects its gross sales margin to rise to at least 25% in H2 from below 20% in Q2 and stands by its goal to generate ca. 25% gross sales margin in the medium term, CFO Andrzej Biedronka-Tetla told a video conference.

      Also of note:

      Atal has trimmed its sales target for 2022 to ca. 2k apartments from previously expected ca. 2.5k apartments, CEO Zbigniew Juroszek said at the conference.
