Plans Unveiled To Expand Victoria Offshore Wind Project In Australia

News: BlueFloat Energy and Energy Estate have unveiled plans to expand the proposed Greater Gippsland wind project off the coast of the Australian state of Victoria. According to the proposed plans, the capacity of the bottom fixed wind complex will increase from 1.3GW to 2.1GW. The expansion is driven by the federal government's decision to declare the Bass Strait as the first area to be assessed for offshore wind deployment. (Renewables Now).
