    Wind and solar farms produce over 14% of France’s power on Sep 19

      September 20 (Renewables Now) - Wind farms in France generated 64,284 MWh of power on September 19, reaching a share of 6.68% in the mix.

      The contribution of solar power was 7.66% with 73,683 MWh produced by photovoltaic panels.

      The total electricity generation for the day stood at 961,710 MWh, live data by transmission system operator (TSO) RTE show. Details are available in the table below.
