News: Takeda has signed a 12-year virtual power-purchase agreement (VPPA) with Enel North America to secure output from a 79MW portion of the 300MW Seven Cowboy wind project in the US state of Oklahoma. Under the PPA, Takeda will buy 350GWh of electricity per annum. Edison Energy served as advisor for the transaction. The under-construction wind facility is scheduled to start operations by 2023, according to a press release from Takeda (Renewables Now).
