    Wind’s share in France’s power generation reaches 6.68% on Sep 25

      September 26 (Renewables Now) - The share of wind power in total power generation in France reached 6.68% on September 25 as wind turbines produced 59,653 MWh.

      Overall electricity generation for the day stood at 893,077 MWh, live data by transmission system operator (TSO) RTE shows.

      The share of solar power was 5.40%, with 48,249 MWh generated.

      The table below contains details on the generation by the different energy sources and their share in the country's mix.
