    WEG hydrogenerators have been installed at a plant in Albania

      WEG invests in innovative technologies that translate into efficient and sustainable solutions to take renewable energy further. The company is positioned in a wide range of projects around the world, which includes a partnership with the Scotta group, a company based in Italy. Scotta has demonstrated confidence in WEG’s hydrogenerators for more than five years. One of the most recent acquisitions being three hydrogenerators for the Seka hydro power plant, located in Albania.

      * The S line hydrogenerators installed in this hydro power plant are driven by vertical Pelton turbines and have an output power of 4.692 kVA each.

      Scotta has demonstrated confidence in WEG’s hydrogenerators for more than five years. One of the most recent acquisitions being three hydrogenerators for the Seka hydro power plant, located in Albania.

      This investment provides the client the security to supply the region with stable electricity, as well as increasing the installed generation capacity in the country through renewable sources.
