State Intellectual Property Office of China Releases Shengdong Rudong Offshore Wind Power Generation, Huaneng Clean Energy Res Inst, Huaneng Int Electric Power Jiangsu Energy Development and Huaneng Int Electric Power Jiangsu Energy Development Co Ltd

    September 28, 2022 - Aerospace Patent News

Beijing, Sept. 27 -- State Intellectual Property Office of China has released Shengdong Rudong Offshore Wind Power Generation, Huaneng Clean Energy Res Inst, Huaneng Int Electric Power Jiangsu Energy Development and Huaneng Int Electric Power Jiangsu Energy Development Co Ltd Clean Energy Branch's patent application for unmanned aerial vehicle communication switching method, system and device and storage medium. This invention was developed by Wu Qing, Ren Xin, Li Xiaoxiang, Wang Hua, Wang Enmin, Liu Mingjiang, Yao Zhongyuan, Qian Kairong, Niu Chenhui, Zhou Guodong, Zhang Yu, Ma Qiang, Wang Youchao, Zhu Jintao, Wu Hao, Lyu Liang and Zhu Junjie.

The patent application number is CN202111243723 20211025. The patent publication number is CN113993175 (A). International Patent Classification codes are H04W36/08, H04W36/30 and H04W36/32. Cooperative Patent Classification codes are H04W36/08 (CN), H04W36/30 (CN) and H04W36/32 (CN).

According to the abstract released by the State Intellectual Property Office of China: "The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle communication switching method, system and device and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps: S1, determining a switching parameter according to the position and speed of an unmanned aerial vehicle; S2, adjusting the switching parameter by using a nonlinear index DPSO algorithm; S3, judging whether the adjusted switching parameter meets the QoE of video transmission of the unmanned aerial vehicle or not: if not, executing the step S2, and if yes, taking the adjusted switching parameter as a current communication switching parameter of the unmanned aerial vehicle and as an initial value of a next nonlinear index DPSO algorithm. The video transmission QoE index is met, the video transmission efficiency during unmanned aerial vehicle inspection is improved, and the unmanned aerial vehicle inspection efficiency is improved."
