    Adani Green Energy's arm incorporates five new subsidiaries

      India, Sept. 30 -- Adani Green Energy's wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Renewable Energy Holding Four has incorporated five new subsidiaries. The main objective of the new subsidiaries is to generate, develop, transform, distribute, transmit, sale, supply any kind of power or electrical energy using wind energy, solar energy or other renewable sources of energy. The company has incorporated five new subsidiaries namely Adani Renewable Energy Thirty Five, Adani Renewable Energy Thirty Seven, Adani Renewable Energy Forty One, Adani Renewable Energy Forty Two and Adani Renewable Energy Forty Three.

      Adani Green Energy builds, owns and operates power plants powered by renewable sources of energy like solar and wind.
