The resource supplying organization PJSC TGC-2 answers one of the most frequently asked questions of residents: what should be done and where to turn if the utility services “hot water supply” and “heating” are of poor quality? The permissible limits for the temperature of hot water in the tap and the temperature in the living room are fixed in the Rules (Government Decree No. 354 of 05/06/2011 on the provision of utilities).

PJSC TGC-2, as a resource supplying organization, carries out and is responsible for the supply of resources of adequate quality to the outer wall of an apartment building. Managing organizations are responsible for the quality of the services provided inside the apartment building and provide favorable and safe living conditions for citizens. In the case when the temperature of the coolant at the boundary of a residential building complies with the normative one, the decrease in the quality of the utility service depends on the technical condition of the internal utilities and networks. It is necessary to inform your management company about the violation of the quality of the utility service, indicating the exact address where the problem was found. After conducting an inspection and establishing the fact of a decrease in the quality of the utility service, an act of low-quality service is drawn up. This act is the basis for the recalculation of the amount of payment for utilities. The recalculation is made for the entire period of non-compliance with the standards and is reflected in the receipt in the next month. It is the responsibility of the resource supplying organization or housing organization to timely eliminate the causes of a decrease in the quality of public services in their area of ??responsibility.
