Sweden: Siemens Gamesa to set up wind farm with Ox2

    November 16, 2022 - M-Brain Nordic News

On 14 November 2022, Siemens Gamesa announced that it has again partnered with Swedish developer Ox2 to set up another wind farm in Sweden. The installation in question, which will be located in the municipality of Lujsdal, will have 11 wind turbines of 6.6 megawatts (belonging to Siemens Gamesa's 5.x platform). Siemens plans to connect the park in 2024 and will assemble in its factory Agreda (Soria) the gondolas of the eleven turbines and, likewise, will also manufacture the multipliers of them in Spain. Once the installation works have been completed, the company will also be in charge of all the maintenance services of the wind farm for a period of 35 years, as explained in the press release.
