Strengthened by the support expressed during the public session of October 18, 2022 as well as within the framework of the consultation which took place from September 30 to October 31, 2022, the Department of Territorial Development and the Environment (DDTE) is continuing the implementation of the cantonal wind power concept with the public inquiry of the draft cantonal allocation plan and cantonal alignment plan of the “Eole de Ruz” wind farm.
As part of the energy policy of the Confederation, the Canton of Neuchâtel and the municipality of Val-de-Ruz, the Department of Territorial Development and the Environment (DDTE) is continuing to implement the cantonal wind power concept. As a reminder, this concept was acclaimed by the people of Neuchâtel in 2014. The “Eole de Ruz” wind farm project alone will produce some 70% of the electrical energy needs of the population and businesses of Val-de- Ruz.
The Department of Territorial Development and the Environment is launching a public inquiry on the territory of the municipality of Val-de-Ruz of the cantonal allocation plan and the cantonal alignment plan equivalent to a building permit for the "Eole" wind farm. de Ruz” and the accompanying documents. The public inquiry takes place from November 18, 2022 to December 19, 2022.

Any opposition must be addressed until December 19, 2022 to the Council of State, Château, 2000 Neuchâtel.
