    Shanghai Electricity and Wind Power Group Share Ltd Seeks Patent for Overall Transportation and Installation Tool and Method for Tension Leg Floating Type Fan System

      Beijing, Nov. 18 -- Shanghai Electricity and Wind Power Group Share Ltd has sought patent for overall transportation and installation tool and method for tension leg floating type fan system. This invention was developed by Wang Kunpeng, Cao Guangqi and Xu Yiqing.

      The patent application number is CN202111420619 20211126. The patent publication number is CN114212214 (A). International Patent Classification code is B63B77/10. Cooperative Patent Classification code is B63B77/10 (CN).

      An abstract released by the State Intellectual Property Office of China states: "The invention discloses an integral transportation and installation tool and method for a tension leg floating type fan system, and the integral transportation and installation tool comprises a buoyancy block assembly which is installed on a fan foundation of the tension leg floating type fan system, and a buoyancy cylinder which is connected to the top end of a mooring rope. The buoyancy block assembly comprises a plurality of steel pipes arranged on a floating bridge of the tension leg floating type fan foundation and a plurality of temporary buoyancy blocks arranged on the steel pipes in a stacked and sleeved mode. And water is injected into the temporary buoyancy block to enable the tension leg floating type fan foundation to reach the draught suitable for wet dragging, a tugboat is adopted to wet drag the tension leg floating type fan system to a fan position point, water is continuously injected into the temporary buoyancy block to enable the tension leg floating type fan foundation to reach the preset draught, and a top end connector of a mooring rope is connected to a mooring point. Whole wet dragging of the small waterplane tension leg type fan can be achieved, and installation of the mooring rope can be completed under the condition that a large installation ship does not need to be righting."
