    Sweden: Satisfaction with electricity, heating suppliers down in 2022

      According to the Swedish Quality Index (Svenskt Kvalitetsindex, SKI), private and business customers' satisfaction with electricity retailers, electricity network companies and district heating suppliers in Sweden fell by 1.8 index units to 64.2 in 2022 compared to 2021. When it comes to electricity trading companies, private customers were the most satisfied with Tibber and the least satisfied with Eon. Tibber's rating landed at 75.3 and Eon's at 57.1. GodEl was the second best and was followed by Trollhättan Energi and Skellefteå Kraft. Fortum received the second worst rating and was followed by Göta Energi and Vattenfall. On average, the electricity trading industry received a customer satisfaction rating of 63.4. Among the electricity grid companies, Skellefteå Kraft got the highest rating from private customers with 71.4. Falbygdens Energi received the worst rating with 46.4. Skellefteå Kraft also received the best rating from private customers among district heating companies. Eon ended up at the bottom when it comes to satisfaction with district heating companies. The ratings are based on nearly 10,300 interviews conducted in October and November 2022.
