    NLC India rises on signing MoU with Grid Corporation of Odisha

      India, Dec. 2 -- NLC India is currently trading at Rs. 84.65, up by 1.25 points or 1.50% from its previous closing of Rs. 83.40 on the BSE.

      The scrip opened at Rs. 84.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 85.40 and Rs. 83.85 respectively. So far 102919 shares were traded on the counter.

      The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 92.40 on 04-May-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 56.20 on 24-Feb-2022.

      Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 89.65 and Rs. 83.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 11730.95 crore.

      The promoters holding in the company stood at 79.20%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.80% and 10.02% respectively.

      NLC India (NLCIL) has signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Grid Corporation of Odisha (GRIDCO) for the purpose of setting up Ground Mounted/Floating Solar Power Projects, Pumped Hydro Storage Projects, Green Hydrogen Projects and any other renewable projects at 'Make in Odisha Conclave,' being held at Bhubaneswar on December 1, 2022. This MoU shall enable both the parties towards the National targets for Renewable Energy capacity and Energy Transition goal.
